We use Australia Post for the majority of our shipping. You can choose Standard or Express postage. You will receive your consignment number by eMail so you can track your item. Once you have received your consignment number you can track its delivery progress here.
Express postage from Broome will take between 1 and 3 days to reach you.
Standard postage from Broome will take between 2 and 7 days to reach you.
We offer a 14 day return policy of any unwanted goods, as long as they are returned in an unopened / unused condition.
If you receive items from us that differ from what you have ordered, please notify us as soon as possible using our online contact form .
If you find that your items are faulty or damaged on arrival, then you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your items with images of the damage or faults.
